All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges (Except as Noted Below)

Due to the limited-run nature and custom design of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or compatibility issues.

📦 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit or missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or help resolve the issue. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damage and packaging

🛠️ 30-Day Limited Warranty

We stand behind our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll offer a free replacement or solution. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear (including cosmetic imperfections from 3D printing).

📌 Notes

• All items are inspected before shipping.

• Minor surface variations or cosmetic imperfections are normal with 3D-printed products.

• The Bitaxe Hive is designed specifically for the Bitaxe Gamma hardware.
